Costa del Sol
Most of the properties in our portfolio are located in the municipality of Torremolinos, featuring the areas of La Carihuela and Benalmadena Costa. Virtually all our properties are located less than 15 km from the Pablo Ruiz Picasso International Airport at Málaga, one of the airports bearing most air traffic in Spain, with connections to major European cities and from where both the regular and low-cost airlines operate.
The Port of Malaga, the main port of call for cruise liners on their way to and from other parts of the Mediterranean, and the recently-inaugurated marina, Muelle Uno, is located at just 30 minutes away by car. One of the most beautiful and charismatic marinas of the Costa del Sol, Puerto Marina, is located just a few minutes away by car.
The high-speed train station in Malaga called María Zambrano is located at 14 km. From here we can take an AVE to the main Spanish capitals. The Costa del Sol also has the local train service called “Cercanías de Renfe”, which communicates towns such as Fuengirola, Benalmadena o Torremolinos with the city centre of Malaga, with stations at the airport and the Maria Zambrano train station.
Our municipalities also have urban and intercity buses, which operate during most of the day, covering the route towards Malaga city and the rest of municipalities on the Costa del Sol.
Torremolinos is perfectly communicated with the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A7), the artery that connects the major provinces in Andalusia and other Mediterranean areas. This highway takes us to Malaga city and its two ring roads (“ronda” and “hiperronda”), in just 20 km.
